135/137 Vicarage Farm and Hira Mews are our 24 hour staffed hostel providing high support accommodation in the community for adult male with mental health conditions and forensic histories moving into the community from secure psychiatric services.

135/137 Vicarage Farm is situated in Heston, Hounslow a residential area within proximity of essential community services and easy access to public transport. The local GP, dentist and optician are all within walking distance. It is also a short walk away to Hounslow West tube station for easy access to the city.

Hira Mews is a new development of modern contemporary one-bedroom flats and studio flats, located in a secure gated community close to Hounslow East & Osterley Tube Stations. The surrounding area offers several convenience stores, a barbershop, a fish and chip shop, and more. Hounslow East high street and station is just a 10 minutes' walk away.

Hira Mews is a new community project aimed at male adults with mental health disorders who are already in a medium supported scheme in the community and ready to step down to more independent accommodation. It is a 24 hr supported scheme similar to 135/137 Vicarage Farm Road. This project will enable people with mental health disorders who has demonstrated steady progress and maintained an acceptable level of functionality to develop further skills in the community before being considered for fully independent living, e.g council flat by local authorities.
