Governance and Quality Assurance
We operate a robust governance framework to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and continual improvement of our services. Quality is monitored through regular audits, incident reviews, resident and stakeholder feedback, and action plans aligned with CQC expectations and sector best practices.
Safeguarding, risk management, and medication safety are embedded into everyday operations, overseen by our management team and reviewed through formal supervision and team meetings. We foster a learning culture where reflective practice and service development are encouraged at all levels.
Our governance systems also support accountability to funders and regulators, helping us demonstrate outcomes, value for money, and impact.
Our referrals are primarily commissioned by London boroughs, national local authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and health and social care professionals. Every care plan is built around the individual, reflecting risk assessments, goals, and preferred outcomes. Residents receive one-to-one keyworker support and access to tailored activities that promote recovery, stability, and reintegration.
We are proud of our strong multi-agency partnerships, which play a vital role in delivering effective, wraparound care. Our teams collaborate closely with community-based professionals, including:
• Forensic Specialist Community Mental Health Teams (SCFT)
• Local MINT teams and social workers
• Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists
• The Drug and Alcohol Service ARCH (Hounslow)
• SCFT Dual Diagnosis and Assertive Support Services (DASS)
• Operation Jigsaw Project team
• Community psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses
These partnerships allow us to maintain integrated care planning, swift responses to emerging risks, and coordinated transitions across the mental health pathway.
Our services are shaped by the voices of residents and professionals alike, continuously adapting to meet changing needs and ensure alignment with the CQC’s quality framework; ensuring care is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
